{Five Rules of Body Love}

Love your body for all that it is. Do not hate it for what it is not.

❤Train and treat your body in pursuit of your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Do not abuse it in pursuit of society’s warped perception of perfection.

❤Decorate your body and soul in ways that make you feel confident and beautiful. Do not force yourself into standards that do not express who you are.

❤Use yourself as a marker for progress. Do not compare yourself to others, for each wonderful body is different.

❤Use words of positive affirmation and love towards yourself, and be your own light. Do not be the negative voice in your heart.
